Our Managers lead a dedicated and highly skilled staff of qualified registered nurses and health care assistants. The nurses and carers receive regular training to ensure they fulfil their roles to the highest standard and are able to provide the best possible care for our residents.
To ensure that residents feel at home with us, and to encourage individuals to continue to enjoy life’s pleasures as much as they feel able to, we also have full-time activities co-ordinators, talented catering teams across both homes, and hospitality staff.

We are currently looking for a Chef to become a valuable part of our Catering team. The perfect candidate will organise and control the efficient and economic production of quality food within the allowed budget. Preparation and provision of meals. Responsibility for the day to day running of the kitchen ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene requirements in the absence of the Head Chef. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in line with Environmental Health Regulations.

We are currently looking for a number of Healthcare Assistants who in conjunction with the Manager and Senior staff are responsible for ensuring the home runs in a smooth manner. HCAs assist and enable residents, looking after their physical, psychological and emotional needs. You will assist with bathing, toileting, eating meals, encouraging stimulation, and helping to promote quality of life for all residents. A genuine interest in and experience of working with the elderly, the frail and those with dementia is required.
